About · a team of 8

Faces, not departments.

We are few enough to all know each other and different enough to cover an electronic register, a stage and a network cabinet in the same week.

  • Portrait of Gianmarco Romiti Direction

    Gianmarco Romiti

    Founder and managing director

He brought the studio’s trades together: software, stages, machines. He looks after direction, clients and the production of each project, from the quote to opening night.

  • Portrait of Denny Cavalloni Software

    Denny Cavalloni

    Frontend developer

He builds what the user sees and touches. He works on Syncoda, our electronic register for conservatories, and on the interfaces of our management systems.

  • Portrait of Paolo Malpeli Software

    Paolo Malpeli

    Backend developer

Data, APIs and infrastructure: the part nobody sees and that has to hold. He is the engine of Syncoda.

  • Portrait of Mattia Toso Software

    Mattia Toso

    UI & UX designer

Interface and user experience: first how people move through the software, then what it looks like. Structure, components, consistency: everything goes through the design system before it becomes code.

  • Portrait of Lorenzo Dizioli Technical

    Lorenzo Dizioli

    Tech manager

Machines, networks, printers, halls. When something has to work in a physical place — a network cabinet, a control room, a multifunction printer — it goes through him.

  • Portrait of Sonia Raimondi Administration

    Sonia Raimondi

    Office and administration

Invoices, reports, deadlines, suppliers. She keeps the studio’s accounts and paperwork in order, and she is the one who answers when you call.

  • Portrait of Barbara Ricchetti Communication

    Barbara Ricchetti

    Social media manager

She tells what we do: content, social media, editorial plan. She followed communication for The Four Turandot.

  • Portrait of Giuseppe Messineo Technical

    Giuseppe Messineo

    Art technologist

He works where art needs technology: installations, light, sound that moves through space. He worked with us on Oltre le nuvole, at XNL.

676 square metres in Pontenure.

A white building in Pontenure, ten minutes from Piacenza. Offices on two floors, the workshop where our audio gear is prepared and refurbished, the studio where we write our software: the hub every GR Studio project starts from.
