Who processes your data

What we collect

• Contact forms, support requests and cart requests: name, email, phone, company and the text you write. We use them only to reply and prepare the quote or the job (legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request).
• Job applications: what you write in the “Careers” form and the links you give us. Only the people handling the selection read them; we keep them for twelve months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Cart and room plan: your setup stays in your browser (local storage) until you send it. We do not see it before.
• Client area: you enter with a code we give you. The site sets a technical session cookie and shows only the data of your machines (counters, toner delivered, contract).
• Technical data: the service hosting the site (Cloudflare) logs IP addresses and requests for security and operation.

We use no advertising trackers and no profiling.

For how long

Requests stay in our mailbox for as long as it takes to handle them and, if they become a contract, for the periods required by tax and civil law.

Who we share them with

The suppliers that let us work — hosting (Cloudflare), email — appointed as data processors where required. We do not sell or transfer them to third parties.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing by writing to [email protected]. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
