Websites and software for local companies
From website to part.
The website takes the request, the office turns it into a job, the workshop makes it, the customer follows it on the phone. Try it: draw a flange and request a quote.
The journey of a request, in four stations: the website, the office, the workshop, the customer.

01The website
The customer draws the part and requests a quote.

The method
Your new website, before we ask you for anything.
No quotes in the dark: we show you the finished website. You look at it on your phone and on your computer, with a “What changes” page that explains what is new, with the numbers.
- Op. 10
We study your current website
Pages, products, processes, contacts: how it is built, how heavy it is, how it reads on a phone.

We build the new website
Complete and navigable, with its own gesture on the first screen and the “What changes” page with the numbers. It shows your company as it is today, in a new guise.

The written offer
It comes afterwards, with a clear price list. The real website goes on your domain, and today’s addresses keep working.

The gesture
On the first screen, something to try with your hands.
Every website has its own gesture, tied to what you make: visitors touch it and understand your work before reading a line. And every website is different from the others: different technologies, different layouts.
The website, measured
Measured, not promised.
Three home pages rebuilt on our prototypes, measured on first load: first today’s website, then ours. The names stay private: the prototypes belong to the companies.

- you, from the panel, or the studio’s editorial team
The software, after the website
Then, software for the workshop.
Four modules for companies that work to order: requests in the office, the job as the customer sees it, the part passport with its QR code, spare parts by code. Plus configurators and calculators made to measure. Touch the objects on the desk.
Requests, in one place
From the website, by email or by phone: every request reaches the office already readable, with its status and the history of who asks for what. None is left at the bottom of an inbox.
Example
- Flange Ø 160 · 8 holes website
- Roller Ø 120 × 800 email
- L bracket · 40 pieces phone
Tap a status to move it forward.
Spare parts by code
The spare parts catalogue by code, with exploded drawings: the customer finds the right part and orders it without getting the number wrong.
Example
- 1ES-101Shaft
- 2ES-102Bearing
- 3ES-103Flange
- 4ES-104M8 × 25 screws
No spare part with this code.
The job, as the customer sees it
One link per job: the customer sees the operations, the dates and the documents, and knows where things stand without picking up the phone.

Configurators and calculators, made to measure
The weight of the blank, the limits of your machines, the drilling pattern: the sums you do every day, on the website for your customers or in the office for you.
Weight of the blank
Solid round bar. Density in kg/dm³.
The part passport
A QR code on the part or on the machine: whoever scans it finds the drawing, the inspections, the repairs and services done, and the right spare parts. Even ten years on.
Scan it: it opens the software demo (in Italian).
One thing at a time, starting with the one that saves you the most time.
Try the software (in Italian)Who it is for
For companies in mechanical engineering and metalwork, machinery, automation and packaging, branded food and drink (cured meats, cheese, preserves, wineries) and logistics and transport.
Companies that sell to customers who look for them, and that today handle requests, jobs and documents by phone and email.

Who is behind it
GR STUDIO SRL. We make things work.
We make software, websites and IT support. Our longest work is with music conservatories: with the Nicolini in Piacenza since 2016, whose website we built. And with companies: for IMB Multifor in Busseto we have been shooting the catalogue photos and the product videos since 2019.

Questions
The questions we get.
How much does it cost?
The price list is clear and comes with the written offer, after our half hour together: in black and white, what the website costs and what it costs to keep it up to date. No figures here, because they depend on how many pages and products you have.
How long does it take?
We build the prototype before we ask you for anything, so that time is ours. After your yes, the timing depends on what you change after the demonstration and on how much content is needed: we put it in the offer, together with the price.
Who updates the website?
Whoever you like: there is a simple panel for whoever updates it in your company, and photos are made lighter automatically. Or the studio’s editorial team takes care of it: you send us texts and photos, we publish.
Who owns the domain and the content?
You do. The domain stays in your name, and texts, photos and product sheets can be exported whenever you want: you are not tied to us.
What happens to our current website?
It stays online until the new one is ready. On the day of the switch, today’s addresses lead to the new pages: anyone with an old link or a bookmark still lands in the right place.
Is the software compulsory?
No. The website stands on its own. The software comes later, if you need it: one thing at a time, starting with the one that saves you the most time.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No. The prototype shows your company as it is today, in a new guise: at the demonstration you tell us what to change.
Would you like to see yours?
Tell us who you are and the address of your current website. We reply within one working day.
