For printers
Machine, toner, spare parts and technical service are all in the fee, fixed for the whole term. Delivery, installation and setup are on us.
Each contract includes a page volume; at the end of the quarter we read the counters and only bill the excess, if any.
We respond within 24–48 working hours of a fault report. If a repair takes more than five working days, an equivalent replacement machine arrives.
E-invoicing, split payment, one-year or three-year terms: we already do it for conservatories.
