Written for those
who really use it.

Registers, management systems, apps, agents. Our own products and commissioned work, under one rule: first we understand how the people who will use it work, then we write the first line.

    Syncoda

    Available

    The electronic register for conservatories.

Written for the way a conservatory teaches: one-to-one lessons and ensemble classes, the roll call with the minutes of whoever arrives late, the topic covered and the signature that makes the lesson valid. Around the register sits the whole academic side: admissions, careers and study plans, exams and the final exam, timetables and rooms, fees through pagoPA.

    • The lesson: roll call, minutes present, topic covered, signature
    • The words the registry office uses: class, course, subject area
    • Frontend and backend written in-house by a team of four
    • Born from years of work inside conservatories
Syncoda’s lesson screen: the roll call of «Armonia jazz 1» with six students marked present, absent or late, the minutes of a late arrival, the topic covered and the button to sign the lesson.
The register’s lesson screen, with sample data.

    Encore

    Demo online

From the request to the delivered part. And then the encore.

GR STUDIO SRL’s software for workshops. The request reaches the office already filled in from the website; the job moves from phase to phase and the client follows it on their own, with a link, without phoning. Every delivered part has its passport with a QR code: what it is, when it left, its maintenance, its spare parts, and reordering starts from there. It takes on your company’s look: phases, fields, brand and colours are yours.

    • Requests already filled in, jobs split by phase
    • The client follows their job from a link
    • A passport for every part, with a QR code; spare parts by code
    • A printable job card, with the QR code
The first screen of the Encore demo, in Italian: the headline “The job card, outside the workshop too.”, a sand-coloured tag with a request for a 320 mm flange in 12 pieces, and the list of requests that reached the office, each with its status.
The demo, in Italian, on an imaginary workshop: the data is made up.

    Cardyn

In use · launch in preparation

Life and work in one app, and the data stays with whoever writes it.

Tasks, calendar, expenses, vehicles, documents, clients, contracts and accounts: an app you install from the browser, that works offline and keeps data on the device. Between devices it travels end-to-end encrypted: nobody can read it, not even us.

    • Seven modules: Life is free forever, you choose the others
    • Ready-made trades: restaurant, garage, building site, healthcare practice and more
    • Read-only banking, cash-flow forecasts and budgets
    • AI agents that propose: the person using the app decides
Three Cardyn screens on a midnight-blue background: the Italian slogan «La tua vita e il tuo lavoro. In un’app sola.», a dashboard with net worth, cash and revenue, and the seven coloured modules.
    From Cardyn’s social media kit.

    Tell

    In use

    The shared travel companion.

A hundred destinations on file, generated itineraries, a diary and expenses per trip: everyone sees only their own trip, the organiser sees them all.

    • Expenses that settle themselves
    • A diary that becomes history
    • Invitations per trip
Three Tell screens on a phone, for Lisbon: “What shall we do now?” with the day and the departure time, the generated day with the map and the time of each stop, and the list of things to do before leaving.
A preview of Lisbon, from the archive of a hundred destinations (the app is in Italian).

Websites for conservatories

A conservatory’s website is its first front office.

Calls, admissions, timetables, events, rankings: every week a conservatory publishes things that students, families and teachers must find at once, and others that the law wants in a precise place. We designed and built the website of the Nicolini Conservatory in Piacenza between 2022 and 2023.

  • Official notice board and transparency section, where the law requires them
  • Studies, admissions, Erasmus+ and library in a menu people understand
  • Artistic calendar, events and news
  • Room booking and student services
  • More languages for those arriving from abroad
