Weddings, 2022 season: nine, from May to October

Nine weddings between 14 May and 16 October 2022, two on consecutive days in July. The GH5S, sometimes in pairs, one on the gimbal and one on the zoom; the drone at every wedding; at four of them the audio recorder too. The last one between Ziano and Agazzano, in the hills around Piacenza.

A brick castle with round towers and an inner courtyard, seen from the drone in the low evening light; around it the trees and the plain.

2022 was the fullest season up to then: nine weddings in five months.

The calendar

  • May: the 14th.
  • June: the 17th and the 25th.
  • July: the 2nd, 8th, 9th and 22nd: the 8th and the 9th one after the other.
  • August: the 26th.
  • October: the 16th, between Ziano and Agazzano, in the hills around Piacenza.

The kit

A Panasonic GH5S all day long, sometimes in pairs: one on the gimbal, one on the zoom. The drone at every wedding, a small DJI from the Mini series. At four weddings out of nine, a Zoom audio recorder too. On average, four hundred clips per wedding: all archived, day by day.

The round tower of a castle in brick and stone, covered in red autumn Virginia creeper, with a tiled roof and an open arch.

The couples and their guests are not on these pages: by choice, we tell the places and the work.

The Lake Como masterclasses, on video

In spring 2022, for the International Piano Academy Lake Como, we filmed the lessons of Sir András Schiff, Stanislav Ioudenitch and William Grant Naboré: three cameras, the drone, 360°, ambisonic audio, a live control room and, at the end, the trailer.
