Our story
Rental July 2025 ongoing

Six multifunction printers, two contracts, more than a million pages

Kyocera printer rental: an all-inclusive fee, counters read every quarter, a replacement machine always ready.

Printer rental is the least showy side of the studio, and it is the one that never stops. Today we have six Kyocera multifunction printers in service with two clients, under two different formulas.

One conservatory, four machines, three years

Four TASKalfa machines work at the Nicolini Conservatory in Piacenza: a colour 5053ci for the administration, a 4012i for the registry and two 4002i in the library. The contract runs for three years (2025–2027): machine, toner and service are in the fee, and every quarter we read the counters and bill only the excess, if any.

One company, one machine and its replacement

For DG FIRE the formula is annual, from 7 July 2025: a colour ECOSYS M6235cidn in service and a twin in the warehouse, already configured. If the first one stops, the second one arrives: the client does not wait for a technician; they switch machines.

The client area

Every client has a private area on our website. There they find their contracts, with term and references, and for each machine the pages printed since it arrived; from there they order toner or report a fault with one button. The demo opens without a code, with made-up data.

The client area demo, in Italian: the two ongoing contracts, rented multifunction printers and IT support, and below them the machine figures: three in service, 47,939 pages this year, 83,746 since 1 May 2025, twelve toner cartridges delivered.

The numbers

Add up the counters of the six machines and you pass one million pages. It is the figure we care about most, because it says that the machines really do work — and that the fee per page, when you work it out properly, is good value.

If you are paying for a printer on a pay-per-use basis, or a lease with the toner charged separately, see how our fee works.
