OGVE: the Via Emilia Youth Orchestra, on video
We filmed the Via Emilia Youth Orchestra, the best students of the conservatories of Emilia, in its concerts at the Nicolini: on 14 December 2019, conducted by Michele Gamba, and on 15 October 2022.
The Orchestra Giovanile della Via Emilia, OGVE to everyone, was founded in 2018 on the initiative of the conservatories and music institutes of Modena, Parma, Piacenza and Reggio Emilia; the Bologna Conservatory joined in 2022. It gives the best students of these institutions the experience of playing in an orchestra.
We filmed two of its concerts at the Nicolini.
